"There is a crack in everything; that’s how the light gets in" — Leonard Cohen

Born in New York City to European parents and raised by an artist who taught her to see—how light moves, how shadows fall, and how these subtle details shape greater meaning. Emma has always been drawn to chiaroscuro — the way the masters used darkness not as absence but as weight.

That early way of observing became the foundation of her creative work today.

After seven years of international production she quit to produce her own creative pursuits. From Madrid, to California to Biarritz to Australia, she's grounded in community and creatives. Her observations through the lens grew into an ongoing body of work, Borrowed Views, exhibited in Australia, France, and Spain.

“Your photography reminds me of Wes Anderson.” - a great compliment

She was invited to Australia to manage an art gallery + take artist residency at their photo studio. Emma collaborates with brands, artists, and creatives across photography, motion, film, and creative production.
